Knife Care & Maintenance

To preserve the razor-sharp edge and finish of your blade:

  • Hand wash with warm water and mild soap immediately after use.
  • Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth — never place in a dishwasher.
  • Apply a light food-grade mineral oil to high-carbon steel blades after cleaning.
  • Store in a wooden block, sheath, or knife roll to protect the cutting edge.

  • Insured Shipping: Fast, tracked delivery across Pakistan and worldwide.
  • Inspection: Hand-checked for bevel precision and balance before packing.

"The balance on the Damascus Santoku is unlike anything else in my kitchen. It glides through proteins without tearing, holding a laser edge service after service."

"Took the Field Bushcraft on a 14-day backcountry trek in the Rockies. Processed firewood, prepped game, and still shaved hair off my arm at the end."

"An absolute heirloom work of art. The craftsmanship in the hammered steel and figured walnut handle is pure mastery. Worth every penny."

"Absolutely love this set. The Damascus pattern looks even better in person, and all three pieces feel solid and well made. The leather pouch is a really nice touch too. It’s practical for the kitchen but also looks like something special. Very happy with this purchase!"

"This is a seriously good-looking piece. The red, white, and blue handle combined with the Damascus blade makes it stand out immediately. It feels sturdy in hand, the finish is excellent, and the leather sheath is a great addition. Definitely one of my favorite pieces in my collection."

"Really impressed with this fillet knife. The blade is sharp, has just the right amount of flexibility, and the handle feels comfortable and secure in hand. The hardwood and bone handle also gives it a premium look. Great balance between functionality and craftsmanship."

"Bought the 12-inch Brisket Slicer for competition BBQ. It sliced through a 16-pound smoked brisket in single, effortless pulls without shredding the bark. The weight distribution is spot on."

"The craftsmanship on the heavy cleaver is exceptional. Chopped through pork ribs and poultry bone with zero chipping on the bevel. Built like a tank yet feels agile in the hand."

"As a professional line cook putting in 60 hours a week, edge retention is everything. This 8-inch chef knife holds its razor sharpness twice as long as my German knives. Exceptional steel."

"Unboxing this knife was an experience in itself. The custom leather sheath is thick, fragrant saddle leather, and the Damascus billet patterning has incredible contrast. True functional art."

"Hands down the sharpest factory edge I have ever tested out of the box. Used the boning knife on two deer this season and it never hesitated once. Ruddock has earned a lifetime customer."
