The Rosewood knife set includes five knives; each with a 4.5" handle and blade sizes between 5" and 9". A genuine leather storage roll bundle with fitted knife slots will keep it safe and the blades sharp. Included are a 9" carving knife, 8" butcher knife, 8" skinner knife, and two 5" chef knives.

To preserve the razor-sharp edge and finish of your blade:
