Each heirloom quality knife is made with a handsome handle and is every bit as elegant as what you would use at a high end steak house. Every piece has their own unique character and are built with the same unmatched quality in every piece like a steel tang and hand forged with high carbon stainless steel. Blade measures 4.5" and is an ideal weight and balanced for easy cutting. Designed by the Ruddock family in El Paso, Texas. Built to our exact specifications by master craftsmen. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1095 steel is a high-carbon steel and will rust if not dried and oiled after use. Hand wash only with soap and hot water. Dry completely before oiling.

 

Knife Care & Maintenance

To preserve the razor-sharp edge and finish of your blade:

  • Hand wash with warm water and mild soap immediately after use.
  • Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth — never place in a dishwasher.
  • Apply a light food-grade mineral oil to high-carbon steel blades after cleaning.
  • Store in a wooden block, sheath, or knife roll to protect the cutting edge.
