Stainless Steel Kitchen Cleaver with Rosewood Handle

From slicing pineapple to chopping herbs and portioning chicken, this cleaver brings balanced weight and a sharp edge to everyday food preparation.

The Stainless steel blade pairs with an ergonomically shaped rosewood handle for a comfortable, controlled grip. Full-tang construction gives the knife a solid feel, while the distinctive blade pattern and rich wood grain make it as handsome as it is useful. A leather storage case is included.

Exclusively by Ruddock Bros. Designed by the Ruddock family in El Paso, Texas, and built to our exact specifications by master craftsmen. Each knife is individually inspected before it ships—because our name goes on it.

Knife Care & Maintenance

To preserve the razor-sharp edge and finish of your blade:

  • Hand wash with warm water and mild soap immediately after use.
  • Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth — never place in a dishwasher.
  • Apply a light food-grade mineral oil to high-carbon steel blades after cleaning.
  • Store in a wooden block, sheath, or knife roll to protect the cutting edge.

Shipping & Guarantee

Every Ruddock knife is individually inspected, oiled, and securely packaged before dispatch.

  • Insured Shipping: Fast, tracked delivery across Pakistan and worldwide.
  • Inspection: Hand-checked for bevel precision and balance before packing.
  • Lifetime Warranty: We stand behind our steel craftsmanship against material defects.

"Took the Field Bushcraft on a 14-day backcountry trek in the Rockies. Processed firewood, prepped game, and still shaved hair off my arm at the end."

"Absolutely love this set. The Damascus pattern looks even better in person, and all three pieces feel solid and well made. The leather pouch is a really nice touch too. It’s practical for the kitchen but also looks like something special. Very happy with this purchase!"

"This is a seriously good-looking piece. The red, white, and blue handle combined with the Damascus blade makes it stand out immediately. It feels sturdy in hand, the finish is excellent, and the leather sheath is a great addition. Definitely one of my favorite pieces in my collection."

"Bought the 12-inch Brisket Slicer for competition BBQ. It sliced through a 16-pound smoked brisket in single, effortless pulls without shredding the bark. The weight distribution is spot on."

"The craftsmanship on the heavy cleaver is exceptional. Chopped through pork ribs and poultry bone with zero chipping on the bevel. Built like a tank yet feels agile in the hand."

"As a professional line cook putting in 60 hours a week, edge retention is everything. This 8-inch chef knife holds its razor sharpness twice as long as my German knives. Exceptional steel."

"Unboxing this knife was an experience in itself. The custom leather sheath is thick, fragrant saddle leather, and the Damascus billet patterning has incredible contrast. True functional art."
