Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
• International Shipping: 7–15 business days

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. Ruddock Bros is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected arrival. Our team will work quickly to assist you and resolve the issue.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
